couponing.

three washington posts get delivered here every saturday morning.
and they all go in the trash.
except for the coupons.
they are saved and lovingly cut out and placed in a little coupon folder.
well, the lucky ones are.
these coupons?
not so lucky.

naked happy helper.

she's a girl after my own heart.
she loves cameras.
but while we were in the middle of a sweet photo session with mama (first time standing on her own!), dylan escaped his bath.
and jumped in.
and took everything out.
and knocked her over.
her expressions capture it all...

green boots.

happiness is found in these shoes for this little boy.
if he could talk, he would tell you the best times to wear them:
1. while sleeping
2. over pj's
3. to church
4. in the car (they work great for kicking the driver's seat)
5. paired with a onesie in the middle of winter

... oh and of course, after it's rained.

houdini and rambo.

dylan started church with a Rambo-style jump from the pew.  there was blood before the opening prayer.

jane finished the day by climbing out of her car seat at the end of her nap. she was swaddled and pulled off the stunt without arms.  houdini would have been proud.
